As part of our goals for 2018, Polished is working on streamlining our business practices and policies. With this in mind, effective immediately, we will require credit cards on file for each client when booking appointments online.
We have seen an increase in no-calls, no-show appointments and last minute cancellations. It is in our best interest to protect our staff and business and to keep costs down for our clients. We will be enforcing our cancellation policy starting immediately. As a reminder our cancellation policy is as follows:
Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you, should you be unable to keep your appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a charge of 50% of the cost for the missed appointment.
Over time, our goal is to have a credit card on file for each Polished client. More information will follow as we go to the next phase of this process.
