In order to remain on schedule for all our clients, we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We may have to adjust the length of your service time if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. You will still be responsible for the full service fee.

Your appointment time has been specially reserved for you, should you be unable to keep your appointment a minimum of 24 hours notice is appreciated. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a 50% charge for the missed appointment and/or full prepayment of your next booking, which will be non-refundable.

Gel Polish or Acrylic Nails Removal2017-02-02T01:02:52+00:00

The removal of gel polish or acrylic nails can take between 15 to 30 minutes (or more) depending on the products used. Please let our staff know ahead of time if you will need the additional time for the removal of gel polish or acrylic nails. This will ensure that we allot enough time for your services and that you receive the highest level of service possible when you are in our salons.
